For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of empowering women worldwide through my transformative online nutrition reset programs. This journey has been driven by my unwavering mission to extend a helping hand to women from diverse backgrounds, creating a vibrant online community that continues to enrich lives. In collaboration with local fitness experts, both locally and in Dubai, I’ve had the honour of orchestrating health and fitness challenges that have positively impacted hundreds of women.

My reset challenges serve as a rallying point for women on various social media platforms, united by the shared goal of reclaiming their health and fitness. These challenges combine scrumptious nutritional plans with expert fitness support, facilitated by professionals such as These Mums Do and Becca Broadbent.

This collaborative approach to working with me is particularly well-suited for women who thrive in a supportive community environment. Successes – I’ve found some great recipes which I’ll use in the future, I’ve lost 6lb 🎉 and I’m really proud that I’ve kept going, even eating out and keeping it on plan. Things that haven’t gone so well – the first week was fine but that middle weekend was really tough and I feel like I never recovered from that. I haven’t been as happy as I have on the normal plans so I think I need a balance – treats when I fancy them! I’m concerned that I haven’t kicked my sugar habit but let’s see how next week goes, I’m going to make a real effort to eat well again. I wouldn’t jump back into a detox but I absolutely love the usual plans.”

I have lost 6 pounds which I am thrilled with and have less bloat and water retention, my skin (psoriasis) has really cleared up and I have slept really well. I have also got back into the habit of planning and prepping meals – which always serves me well. And have really enjoyed giving my body good food! There are some habits that I am going to continue- herbal teas in work etc and feel like I am in a really good place to keep eating well, keeping sugar low and just doing things that are GOOD for me!

I’ve lost 6lb and feel so much better for good food and exercise! It’s got me back into good habits of lots of meal prep and a reminder I don’t need snacks. Or weekday toast! I plan to make meals from previous plans to keep it mixed up and to no bread / pasta etc in the week. Thank you again and I would welcome another one in a few months to keep me in line!!”

“A huge thank you to Becca & Debbie for another amazing programme & to you bunch of ladies for providing inspiration, motivation & giggles along the way. I’ve never done a complete detox & can’t believe I’ve done 2 weeks with no gluten & no dairy in addition to no booze, no refined sugar etc. final weigh in tomorrow but I think I’ve lost about 8lbs which is a great start! Feeling good & motivated to keep going but with recipes from previous plans that are a little less restrictive – can’t wait for tomatoes in our chicken stew tomorrow! My biggest thing going forward will be to try & continue to minimise gluten & dairy but I can’t live a life with no cheese & chocolate!!! Next step is to add in some regular exercise but as we currently don’t have a bathroom that wasn’t an option just yet! Got my Epsom salts at the ready for that first bath though! Don’t leave it too long to the next programme”

I’ve certainly found it beneficial and feel like I’ve managed to break the sugar dependency before Xmas which is what I set out to do. I’ve lost a bit of weight and feel better in myself. Every time I do one of your plans, something sticks, I think this time it will be trying to increase the variety of plants in my diet. “Thanks Debbie and Becca and all the group. Lost a fair bit of weight (not too sure how much – think my scales are a bit dodgy) and back fitting comfortably in my trousers. Nice to not feel bloated! Keeping up on breakfasts, lunches and snacks as was really relying on toast and sandwiches when running about. Will even stick to decaf tea as can’t tell the difference.”
